About Us
Gameday Men’s Health is a high-end but accessible men’s clinic focused on testosterone therapy, peptide treatments, sexual performance, and optimizing long-term health. We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, organized Front Desk Admin to anchor the front of house at our two NYC locations.
This isn’t a typical front desk role. We need someone who takes ownership of the patient experience end-to-end — not just executing tasks, but running the front-of-house systems, anticipating issues, and making good calls without needing to escalate every question.
Key Responsibilities
Own the patient experience from first call through follow-up — greet patients, manage scheduling, check-ins, payments, and rebooking
- Track and proactively follow up on patients with outstanding bloodwork, missed appointments, or pending action items so nothing falls through the cracks
- Run front-of-house operations day-to-day and make judgment calls on patient flow and priorities without checking in on every decision
- Coordinate closely with medical staff on patient needs and schedules
- Surface process gaps or friction points and propose fixes — we want someone who improves the system, not just works within it
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, professional front and waiting area (snacks, coffee, supplies)
- Manage inventory of medical and non-medical supplies
- Use EHR and patient CRM systems (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a front desk or coordinator role at a medical clinic, high-end hospitality, or comparable service environment
- Strong judgment — comfortable making decisions and bringing solutions rather than just questions
- Genuinely proactive — the kind of person who notices what needs to happen before being asked
- Polished, organized, and reliable, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable rotating between our Flatiron and Upper East Side locations
