About the Role
We are hiring CDL Class A drivers - both recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers - for a dedicated local account operating out of Lenexa, KS. This is a full-time position with consistent freight, a predictable schedule, and daily home time. Drivers operate on dedicated local routes with 100% no-touch freight, making this an excellent opportunity for new drivers looking to gain experience while staying close to home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual earnings between $72,000 and $80,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,350 - $1,550
- CPM Rate: $0.58 - $0.62
- 100% no-touch freight

Schedule
- Full-time position

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle
- Transport freight according to scheduled delivery times
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Experience Level: Recent CDL graduates welcome - no prior CDL-A driving experience required. Experienced drivers are also encouraged to apply.
- Special Equipment: Dry Van
- Endorsements: None required
- Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
- Valid Class A CDL (or CDL permit for trainees enrolled in the training program)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Good safety record and responsible driving habits
- Must reside within 50 miles of Lenexa, KS
