Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Busser/FOH Support team member to enhance our guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are promptly cleared, sanitized, and reset for new guests. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for each guest
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and organizing service stations
- Support food handling processes by ensuring proper sanitation and adherence to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and guest satisfaction
- Help with general restaurant cleanliness, including restocking supplies and disposing of trash properly
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests when appropriate and responding promptly to their needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is a plus
- Experience in catering, hotel service, or the food industry can be advantageous
