Candidate must be admitted to practice in Maryland with admission in D.C. and Virginia preferred, have excellent writing and analytical skills, and be able to demonstrate the same. The nature of the work includes business transactions and employment law; shareholders’ and operating agreements; non-compete and executive compensation agreements; and business dispute resolution. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work both independently and as a team player, attention to detail, and sound judgment are all qualities important to our Firm. Annual base salary range dependent upon experience: $120,000 – $150,000 plus Incentive Bonus Plan.
