Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for our two-year-old classroom
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Provide individualized attention to each child
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children at all times
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working with Toddlers
- Strong knowledge of child development principles
- Excellent classroom management skills
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
- Experience working with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Background in childcare, infant care, toddler care
