- Customer service and client support
- Driver check-in/check-out
- Scheduling appointments
- BOL and shipping document review
- Inventory and operational paperwork
- Data entry and reporting
- Coordination of daily warehouse and transportation operations
- General administrative support
- Assist with warehouse activities when needed
- Support employee supervision and workflow management
- Help maintain operational efficiency, productivity, and safety standards
- Serve as a liaison between office and warehouse operations
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational responsibilities and special projects
- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and leadership background
This is intended to be a full-time, long-term position. We are looking for someone who can support both office and operational functions while taking on increasing responsibilities over time.

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, or adjusted schedules when operational needs require
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills • Excel and computer proficiency • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating operational employees • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work both in an office environment and on the warehouse floor • Strong sense of accountability and ownership • Willingness to support the operation beyond normal business hours when necessary
Preferred:
• 3PL experience • Food-grade warehouse experience • Inventory, shipping, and receiving experience • Experience with warehouse management systems • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred • Experience supervising or leading operational teams • Experience working in both administrative and warehouse environments
