Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Manage client consultations to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations for long-lasting results
- Upsell additional services such as eyebrow waxing/threading, facials, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions and esthetic treatments
- Strong knowledge of management practices within salon or spa environments
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs clearly
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control protocols in a clinical setting
- Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products
