Position Purpose: To join the ministry team at LeTourneau Christian Center, and lead all construction, renovation, and maintenance operations. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time and within budget while supporting the mission of LeTCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead renovation and new construction projects
- Plan project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Order materials and manage project resources
- Supervise and coordinate staff and volunteer teams
- Ensure safety standards and NY State compliance
- Schedule inspections and maintain required documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong background in construction, maintenance, or project management
- Growing Christian faith with active church involvement
- Agreement with LeTCC Statement of Faith
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
- Servant-hearted, ministry-minded leader

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
