We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support in a collaborative, small-office environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communication as needed to appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
- Work efficiently with the warehouse manager or other employees to order supplies and other materials when needed.
- Assist with data entry into QuickBooks software.
- Communicate and handle any issues regarding shipments, pricing, etc.
- Work closely with the owner, production manager, and office manager as needed or if any issues arise.
- Support other departments with tasks if needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks a plus but not required.
- Great communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently & collaboratively in a small team environment
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High School Education/GED preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
