Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager
- Meet directly with customers to introduce wireless products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Learn how successful Sales Managers motivate teams, improve performance, and support long-term business growth.
- Assist with coaching and mentoring teammates while strengthening your leadership and communication skills.
- Support daily sales initiatives by helping the team achieve customer engagement and performance goals.
- Develop an understanding of business operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth while working alongside experienced leaders.
- Represent our client's wireless brand professionally at retail locations and community outreach events.
- Monitor team performance, customer interactions, and sales activity to identify opportunities for continued improvement.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Manager
