What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting homeowners
- Building relationships in the community
- Assisting with roof inspections
- Learning how to identify roofing problems
- Helping homeowners understand their options
- Following up with customers
- Representing Iowa RoofPros professionally
Most importantly, you'll be learning how to become a trusted roofing specialist.
No Roofing Experience?
That's okay.
If you have the right attitude, we'll teach you the roofing side.
You'll spend time training directly with the owner, who has more than 25 years of roofing experience.
You'll learn:
- How to identify roofing damage
- Basic roofing systems
- Customer communication
- Storm damage education
- Insurance claim basics
- Sales and relationship building
We're willing to invest time into the right person.
A Word About Training...
We'll absolutely help you succeed.
But we're not looking to micromanage anyone.
Think of it this way:
We'll teach you how to swim.
We'll even give you a raft.
But eventually, you're going to have to get in the water.
