Who You Are
- A licensed RN or NP in good standing in the State of Hawaii
- Minimum 2 years of advanced experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments
- Possess a refined aesthetic eye and understand facial harmony and natural enhancement
- Confident creating customized treatment plans while educating clients honestly and ethically
- Warm, personable, and known for exceptional bedside manner
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and delivering five-star experiences
- An established social media presence showcasing your work is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform safe, precise, and artistic neurotoxin, dermal filler treatments and laser treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on procedures, expectations, aftercare, and long-term treatment strategies
- Deliver an elevated luxury experience from consultation through follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments using practice software
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing education, trainings, and team meetings
- Stay current with the latest advances, products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine
- Collaborate with the team to continually enhance the client experience and practice growth
