Position: Honda Sales Associate
Melloy Honda is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage with customers effectively. This role involves assisting customers in finding the right products, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Engage in outbound sales efforts to reach potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor while ensuring products are well-stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Participate in public speaking opportunities, such as product demonstrations or promotional events, to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or outside sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in math, particularly retail math, to assist customers accurately.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of automotive sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $79,927.00 per year
