About the Opportunity
A growing luxury hospitality and client services organization, and we're looking for a reliable, sharp, and discreet Property Runner to keep our homes guest-ready and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-the-go role perfect for someone who loves variety, moves fast, and takes pride in the details. No two days look the same.
Scope of Work:
- Transport supplies, linens, and amenities between properties across LA.
- Handle guest deliveries, pickups, and last-minute requests with a five-star touch.
- Restock and prep homes ahead of guest arrivals
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors to keep everything on schedule.
- Run errands (grocery, hardware, dry cleaning, specialty items) as needed
- Be a calm, professional point of contact when something needs solving on the ground.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Valid CA driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle.
- Knows LA well and can navigate the city efficiently.
- Extremely dependable, punctual, and trustworthy you'll have access to beautiful homes
- Discreet and polished; comfortable around high-end clientele.
- Self-starter who solves problems without being micromanaged.
- Flexible schedule, including some weekends and occasional evenings.
- Physically able to lift and carry supplies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or personal assisting.
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb or luxury rental operations.
