Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state certification.
- Proven experience in diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care environments.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate medical record management.
