B&N Water/Wastewater Project Manager Responsibilities:

Serve as Project Manager and/or technical subject matter expert for selected clients/projects

Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects. Typical projects may include water/wastewater treatment plants, water transmission mains, water booster stations, sanitary sewers, sanitary force mains, sanitary pump stations, and developing master plans.

Manage select projects to meet success goals and oversee other Engineers in the delivery of projects. Working with office and business leaders, establish goals and budgets.

Lead business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process.

Assist business development leaders in Indiana to develop SOQ's and participate in client interviews, where necessary

Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects

Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience by delivering work on schedule and budget

Support development of strong client relationships with existing and prospective clients
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program

Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity
-
8+ years of related water/wastewater experience

Excellent communication skills required

Prior Project Management experience a plus

Experience with design delivery and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
