Summary / Objective:
A high-energy, multi-faceted position that serves to provide administrative support to the members of sales team. The position is responsible for a variety of projects and activities, requiring excellent time management, problem solving skills and professional integrity. A fast-paced environment, the position requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
- Supports the organization’s reception area as assigned, prepares conference and meeting rooms for the sales team meetings.
- Supports Medicare beneficiaries in obtaining the information that they need by transferring them to a licensed sales agent, greeting them and preparing them for their in-person appointment or helping them be seated for a meeting.
- Other areas of support may include preparing outgoing mail, distributing inbound mail, taking phone scope of appointments, data entry, scanning and uploading documents into lead accounts and assists with supporting the fast-paced sales team.
- Ensures staff compliance with PSW policies and procedures with special emphasis on HIPAA requirements
- Builds and leverages cross-functional collaborative relationships to facilitate a team-work oriented atmosphere and achieve company goals.
- Stays informed of industry trends and actively participates in training provided by the company.
- Organizes and schedules events as requested.
- Participates in all areas of training to assist in supporting the sales team and remaining compliant in all aspects of work.
- Answers the phone and transfers calls to the appropriate staff member or department. Limiting the number of calls on hold.
- Makes outbound calls as directed to ensure all Medicare beneficiaries are assisted.
- Takes verbal scope of appointments and schedules individual and group meetings for the sales team.

Required Education and/or Work Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of work experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and/or Work Experience:
- Two (2) or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
