Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently to meet health standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or preparing ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and clearing used dishware during busy service periods.
- Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for food service.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation.
