Key Responsibilities:

Read/interpret blueprints as well as 3D CAD models.

Machine metallic and nonmetallic parts to specified tolerances.

Set up and operate machine tools such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill press.

Optimize speeds, feeds, and rate of material removal for various materials and cutting conditions.

Perform necessary preventative maintenance on the assigned machine tool.

Maintain clean and organized work area.
Key Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
-
1-3 years CNC experience required, preferably in an ETO environment

1-3 years blueprint reading experience required, preferably in an ETO environment

1-3 years of experience setting up and operating machine tools preferred

Fanuc, Haas, Fadal, control experience preferred

Familiarity with MasterCam and/or Omax preferred
-
Proven ability to machine parts to specified print tolerances
