Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have at least 5 years of residential painting experience (crew leaders preferred)
- Own professional painting equipment
- Have reliable transportation
- Carry general liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it)
- Have a valid driver's license
- Produce clean, high-quality work
- Be dependable and communicate professionally
- Be comfortable sending jobsite photos and progress updates
- Maintain a clean and respectful jobsite
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Interior repainting
- Exterior repainting
- Cabinet refinishing
- Drywall repairs
- Spraying with airless equipment
- Surface preparation and priming
- Trim and finish work
