- We are a morning focused shop, with schedules starting from 5:45a - 7:30a and ending from 1p - 3:30p
- We are closed every Sunday
- We are a small, busy restaurant looking for intense and intensely kind people who want to build something really special
Position Duties
- Set up the station for service to 100% completion
- Run the station quickly and cleanly, focusing on 100% order accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ensure a great guest experience
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver delicious food accurately
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Keep the front end area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Manage time effectively to handle peak hours while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety regulations is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
