Job Summary
This role supports store operations by maintaining product availability, assisting customers with recommendations, and delivering outstanding customer service.
What will I do?
- Demonstrate company values and support a positive work environment.
- Accurately process customer transactions and payments.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and assist team members as needed.
- Stock, rotate, and maintain product displays and inventory levels.
- Create attractive merchandising displays to support sales.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, pairings, and questions.
- Conduct wine tastings in compliance with store and state regulations.
- Build product knowledge and share expertise with customers.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed to support store operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, restaurant, retail or wine shop setting
- Ability to assist all customers in finding the perfect product for whatever their needs may be
- Knowledge, passion, and experience working with wine
