Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Lead installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Lead Installer experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Typical shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime available
