Job Overview
We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Sketch-up Specialist. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Sketch-up software to custom cabinetry and millwork projects. you will created a sketch-up model and use the layout plug in to create elevation and shop drawings with measurements This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in custom cabinetry design. we will also pay for trips to get to know our team in Miami and spend one week every 3 months to get more involved in the production if this is necessary
Responsibilities
- Utilize sketch up software to create technical drawings for custom cabinetry, furniture, and millwork projects
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and production teams
- Review and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring that the fina product will perform as designed
- Prepare comprehensive material lists, cut sheets, and assembly instructions
- Maintain organized project files and documentation within the software for seamless workflow continuity
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Cabinet Vision software to enhance productivity and design quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience using sketch-up Layout
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for precision in measurements and design specifications
- Knowledge of woodworking materials, hardware options, and manufacturing techniques is preferred
- Prior experience in custom cabinetry or millwork industry is a plus
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
