Overview
Greet customers at the drive-through window, take orders, prepare espresso drinks and specialty beverages, hand off warm cookies, and process payments on Square. Help keep the small workspace clean and meet the 90-second service target.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take accurate orders at the window
- Prepare drinks (espresso, cold brew, sodas, specialty toppings) and package cookies
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments on Square
- Upsell menu items when appropriate
- Keep counters, equipment, and the window area clean and sanitized
- Follow all food-safety and handwashing rules
- Work efficiently during busy morning periods
Requirements
- Friendly, positive, reliable
- Work early mornings with a smile
- Basic cash-handling and customer-service skills
- Willing to learn POS and beverage equipment
- Food-handling experience preferred
- Able to stand, move quickly, and handle multiple tasks
This is a part-time, at-will position supporting a local drive-through coffee and gourmet cookie business.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
