Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor/Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) to join our Washington team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for clinicians looking to build or maintain a flexible caseload with administrative support. Candidates must be able to see a minimum of 10 clients per week and have availability for at least one evening and/or weekend day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in-person at our Washington, PA location, with potential for some telehealth flexibility.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.).
- Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards of practice.
- Participate in optional peer consultation and practice-building opportunities.
- Build and manage a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and availability.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred.
- Experience with evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, EMDR) is a plus.
- Strong professional boundaries, reliability, and a passion for helping others.
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive clinical team.

Compensation Note:
Hourly pay is based on collected client fees and will vary depending on the clinician’s education and licensure level. Doctoral-level providers (e.g., PsyD, PhD) are reimbursed at a higher rate than master’s-level clinicians (e.g., LPC, LCSW) due to differences in insurance reimbursement structures.
