Position Summary
We are hiring an Order Processing Clerk (Entry-Level) to support our daily order fulfillment and administrative operations. This on-site position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to begin a career in office operations. No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided to help you succeed from your first day.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review orders for completeness and verify customer information.
- Enter order details into company software and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order status.
- Prepare order documentation for shipping and fulfillment teams.
- Update customers regarding order progress when needed.
- Monitor order queues and prioritize time-sensitive requests.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
- Resolve routine order discrepancies following company procedures.
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior order processing experience required.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
