We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires availability every other weekend.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing personnel.
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain adequate coverage, including every other weekend shifts.
- Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
