Maintenance Technician

General Accountabilities:
Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the commercial and residential properties in company portfolio. Includes light plumbing, light electrical, general "handyman" duties, janitorial; apartment turns, roof repairs, and any other maintenance tasks are requested.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: General maintenance experience
- Valid drivers' license with good driving record and auto insurance
- Preferred Education: Trade school or military training
- Preferred Experience: 5 Years
- Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting experience, EPA certifiable status
