Current Home is hiring motivated Field Marketing Representatives to go door-to-door throughout the Inland Empire, connecting with homeowners and scheduling appointments with our solar consultants.
This is a full-time W2 position offering guaranteed hourly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities within one of the fastest-growing solar companies in Southern California.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18/hr starting base pay (up to $20/hr depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Average earnings: $60,000–$75,000+ annually

What You'll Do:
- Engage directly with homeowners in targeted residential neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
- Generate interest and set qualified appointments for our solar consultants
- Work outdoors with a high-energy team environment
- Attend team trainings and development meetings
What We're Looking For:
- Previous canvassing, door-to-door, appointment setting, lead generation, or outside sales experience preferred
- Solar experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners daily
- Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
