We are looking for a confident, personable Treatment Plan Coordinator who genuinely connects with patients and guides them toward saying yes to the care they need. You understand that patients don't decline treatment because they don't care about their health — they decline because no one took the time to truly help them understand it. That's where you come in.
You will sit down with patients, walk them through their treatment plans with clarity and confidence, answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them move forward. You are part educator, part advocate, and the bridge between a diagnosis and a life-changing yes.
What We're Looking For
Dental knowledge is a plus, but the right attitude and the ability to learn quickly matter just as much. If you have a background in dentistry, healthcare, or patient-facing sales, we want to talk to you. More importantly, we want someone who is driven, empathetic, and takes pride in helping people make decisions that are truly in their best interest.
A confident communicator who listens as well as they speak, someone who is comfortable discussing finances and payment options without hesitation, detail-oriented and organized, and a true team player who lifts the people around them.
What You'll Work With
Our office runs on modern technology so you can focus on patients, not paperwork. We use Dentrix practice management, Itero digital scanning, and Overjet AI-powered diagnostics with voice notes.
