Geneva Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our growing practice in Geneva, Alabama.

Position Summary
The Dental Office Manager serves as the operational leader of the practice, working closely with the doctors/owners to ensure the office runs efficiently while delivering an outstanding patient experience. This individual will lead our clinical and administrative team, support practice growth, and promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 10+ clinical and administrative employees
- Collaborate with the doctors/owners to implement the practice mission and strategic goals
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Manage patient relations and ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Supervise scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient care
- Oversee accounts receivable and dental insurance claims
- Assist with facility management and office technology
- Develop and maintain effective office policies and procedures
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed

Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with demonstrated leadership and management experience who are eager to learn and contribute to our practice's continued success. Pay commensurate with experience.
