Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment across job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed during projects
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks following safety guidelines and instructions
- Conduct routine inspections of work zones to identify hazards or safety concerns
- Follow established safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Keep accurate records of materials used and tasks completed to support project documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
