Job Description:
Garibay Waste Services is seeking a skilled and dependable CDL A or CDL B to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in multiple capacities — roll-off trucks, trash trucks - rear load and or front load, as needed.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service for both our residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial roll-off truck or waste services truck safely and efficiently.
- Load, transport, and unload containers in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.
- Assist with other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A or CDL B and clean driving record (required)
- Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Experience in construction, heavy equipment operations and waste management a plus
