We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner for an 80-day assignment in Arizona, starting Sep 14, 2026. This role involves providing essential care within an adolescent inpatient psychiatry unit, managing patients through 2-month cycles with standard daily shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in patient assessment and treatment planning for adolescents facing various mental health challenges including suicide ideation, depression, and anxiety.
Responsibilities and Duties

Manage a caseload of typically 8 adolescent patients within an inpatient psychiatry unit.

Oversee patient care throughout 2-month treatment cycles, from admission to discharge.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adolescents presenting with mental health challenges such as suicide ideation, depression, and anxiety.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide medication management as needed.
