Doctors Pathology Services has an opening for a Full Time Medical Assistant. A medical background is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
Position Summary:
Medical Assistants are responsible for providing assistance for pathology biopsy procedures. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, patient scheduling, customer service, preparing & stocking supplies for procedures, transporting supplies to client offices, pre-procedure prep, assisting physician with procedures, updating medical records, and patient follow-up.
This position involves regular same-day travel to client offices throughout Delaware, New Jersey, and the DC Metro area.
