Onsite Schedule
As a Plant Safety Supervisor reporting to the Murfreesboro Plant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Health and Safety efforts, as well as the Environmental Management System of the plant/location. The position ensures a safe work environment for all employees while maintaining compliance with all International Organization for Standardization (ISO) guidelines, and safety-related legal requirements.
This role is responsible to:
Ensure health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs comply with company, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), federal, state, and local regulations.
Manage position specific safety and health training programs to educate employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other materials.
