That Doormat Company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team. We create handmade wooden door signs and seasonal front porch décor, and this role is responsible for completing the final finishing steps that make our products ready for customers.
What You'll Do:
Paint and assemble decorative door signs
● Work with paint, stencils, and vinyl
● Apply and remove vinyl accurately and neatly
● Staple and assemble decorative pieces
● Make and attach bows and other decorative elements
● Complete finishing work and quality checks
● Sort completed products and customer orders
● Pack orders carefully for shipping
● Keep materials, tools, and work areas organized
● Follow specific production instructions for customized orders
● Maintain consistent quality while working at an efficient pace
● Assist with other production and fulfillment tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
You do not need professional painting experience, but you must be comfortable doing detailed,
hands-on work and willing to learn our production process.
The ideal candidate is:

● Able to follow instructions and take direction
● Able to work independently after training
● Reliable and punctual
● Organized and able to keep track of multiple orders
● Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks
● Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
● Comfortable using basic hand tools, staplers, vinyl, paint, and craft materials
● Comfortable making bows and completing decorative assembly
● Able to recognize when something does not meet quality standards and correct it before
it is shipped
Physical Requirements
● Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
● Must be comfortable standing and working on your feet for portions of the shift
● Must be able to bend, reach, lift, pack, and move products and supplies throughout the
workday
● Must have good hand-eye coordination for detailed painting and assembly work
Schedule
● Approximately 20 hours per week
● Saturday availability is required
● Additional weekday hours will be scheduled based on production needs

● Must be authorized to work in the United States
● Must have reliable transportation
● Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
● Must be willing to learn and follow our specific production methods and quality standards
