We are hiring a Controller to own corporate and property accounting across a multi-entity multifamily portfolio. You will run the monthly close, consolidations, and partnership accounting, lead the annual audit, and keep policies and internal controls current as the portfolio grows. You will lead two managers and build the team beneath them. This role is as much leadership as technical work: you will develop people, plan around problems before they reach the close, and use automation and support staff to grow output without growing headcount.
