Sales & Marketing Lead | Front Desk Team Lead
Randolph, NJ (College Plaza) | Part-Time | In-Studio | $20-$24/hour + Commission + Bonus
Rêve Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Randolph, New Jersey, built on thoughtful movement, personal attention, and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Lead to drive membership growth, lead our front desk team, and manage the studio's social media presence. This position is well suited to an experienced sales professional who takes ownership of results and thrives in a performance-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly KPIs, including a personal sales quota for new memberships
- Convert introductory clients into members through consultative sales conversations, with the skill to turn an "I'm not sure" into a confident yes
- Manage timely follow-up with all leads and conduct outreach to former and lapsed clients
- Lead, coach, and develop the front desk team while maintaining high standards of service
- Plan, produce, and publish brand-aligned content across Instagram and TikTok
- Support marketing campaigns, member events, and the studio referral program
- Oversee client scheduling, account management, and billing in Mindbody
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commission-based sales experience (required)
- Accountable for results, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- An independent, self-directed worker who thinks outside the box and identifies opportunities without waiting for direction
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a talent for motivating others and upholding standards
- Polished, professional communication skills in person and by phone
- Proficiency in creating social media content; experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is preferred, and training will be provided for the right candidate
- Availability across morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- An interest in Pilates, movement, or wellness is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Commission on new membership sales, with individual and team performance bonuses
