Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct thorough market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Marietta area
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate successful transactions
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand the company’s network and referral base

Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent
- Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of the greater Atlanta real estate markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
