TA Specialist

Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of field, operations, manufacturing, and skilled labor positions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for essential operational roles.
The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting workforce growth by delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring hiring goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for blue-collar, manufacturing, operations, industrial, environmental, and field-based positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, collect hiring feedback, and guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and compliance documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, follow-up, and professional relationship management.
- Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives as needed.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to hiring managers and leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing, industrial, operations, environmental services, skilled trades, or blue-collar positions strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments and business functions.
- Passion for identifying top talent and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Background check required.
- Immediate need with contract expected to run through the end of September.
