Cook : Part-Time Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
May have the potential to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance.
Job Summary: Is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
- Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
- Assists with cleaning, sanitization, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
Educational, Physical, and Other Requirements:
