Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow sanitation procedures rigorously to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with laundry operations and outdoor maintenance work enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Customer service experience that enables you to communicate clearly and professionally with residents or clients.
