What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC tube laser cutting equipment
- Load machine programs and adjust settings for various materials and production requirements
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Safely load raw materials and unload finished components
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, machine cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Identify quality concerns and work with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred, with CNC, tube laser, or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and production reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a strong safety mindset
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
