Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and support to callers
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations, safety, and security
- Assist with night audit procedures when working evening shifts to reconcile daily financial transactions
Skills
- Strong background in customer service
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations including night audit procedures and guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during busy periods
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
