C.O.W.M. INC. is a fast-paced Asian food & beverage wholesaler looking to add dedicated Call Center / Sales Clerks to join our growing team!
Must speak Mandarin Chinese and/or Thai and basic English.
Schedule: Must be able to work during the hours of 4 pm to 11 pm. Flexible on days but must work Saturday's
Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls for orders, returns, order status, payments, complaints, and general feedback. Escalate matters to a supervisor when appropriate.
- Work at the sales counter to enter pickup orders, receive payments (follow payment handling procedure), and field any customer requests that may arise.
- Work at the pickup station to check pickup orders, and direct warehouse staff to move customer orders to their vehicles.
- Place outbound calls to customers for orders, inform them about new products, services and policies
- Collaborate with other call center / sales professionals to improve customer service.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and scanning
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a call center / sales clerk (or similar role)
- Team player
- Comfortable working on computers/phones
- Speak Mandarin Chinese and/or Thai, and basic English
Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 per hour
