About the Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Treatment Coordinator / Translator to join our dental team in Bridgeport, IL. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in dentistry. No prior dental experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and Chinese and have a passion for helping patients while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with communication and translation between patients and staff
- Greet and check in patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist patients with forms and office paperwork
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support front office operations and administrative tasks
- Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and Chinese is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Must be available 3 to 4 days per week
- Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
- Opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position in the future
