Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert renovation and remodeling techniques, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life by executing detailed building modifications, upgrades, and restorations with precision and efficiency. Dutiesl
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and finish carpentry to prepare spaces for new installations.
- Install windows, doors, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, and other building materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage plumbing and electrical work as needed, adhering strictly to safety standards and technical specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on outdoor or indoor sites.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications throughout each job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols during outdoor work experiences.
- Assist in restoration projects involving masonry, hardscape installation, caulking, stucco application, or other specialized finishes.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work such as flooring installation or tile laying before project completion.
Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling or building construction with a strong background in carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry, or related trades.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings (blueprints) and construction plans is essential.
- Hands-on experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation skills preferred.
- Knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling and site supervision is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform plumbing and electrical tasks safely within a construction setting.
- Outdoor work experience on various construction projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols applicable to residential and commercial remodeling sites.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply that knowledge during the installation of building materials such as flooring or windows.
