Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development programs
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and food safety compliance
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies
- Supervise food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness standards across kitchen and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Conduct staff interviews, assist with hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes
- Monitor food production and service times to ensure quick service in a fast-food or casual dining environment
- Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in hospitality or food service industries
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Previous experience in fine dining, casual dining, catering, or hotel food service is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
